Wyant Racing officially began in 2000, but has been around since the early 1970's. Shawn Wyant began riding at the age of 4 thanks to his father, Russ, who still rides/races. Shawn and his brother Shane rode the AMA circuit for ten years, placing in multiple local, regional and national events. Russ passed his love and knowledge of the sport and motocycles not only to his children, but to his grandchildren as well. We regularly enjoy weekends together at various race tracks. Pictured above are three generations of riders (taken 2003).

Shawn is the owner of Wyant Enterprises, Sub Contractor.  He has over 20 years experience in new construction, demolition and remodels.

Kelly has always enjoyed photography and getting involved in motocross has been a great way to experiment with new angles, lighting, and the thrill of capturing action shots. She is currently a freelance photographer, working from home in Hendersonville, NC. She enjoys meeting other photographers and experimenting with new styles.The most important lesson she has learned is the importance of pushing the envelope and not being afraid to take risks. She also enjoys attending all types of events, adding more photos to her portfolio.  Kelly is always open to new projects. No job is too big or too small.
